Advanced purchase is highly recommended. To maximize the chance of getting the day and time you prefer, be sure to book well in advance. Tickets can be purchased online through FareHarbor. Tickets can also be purchased with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex or cash) at the ticket booth starting 1 hour prior to departure. Tickets for Dinner Cruises must be purchased in advance. They can be purchased online or through our business office by credit card.

Yes, the 2 hour Sightseeing Cruise is narrated and throughout the cruise we will point out the historic sites as well as their history and other highlights as we approach them.

The cruise will run regardless of weather. However, if the Captain deems the weather dangerous, we will cancel the cruise. In the event that we cancel a cruise, you will receive a refund or the option to reschedule.

The Macassa Bay has a climate controlled lower enclosed deck and the upper deck is covered, providing shade.

Yes, on our upper deck we have a fully stocked bar including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as a snack bar that includes light fare such as , hot dogs, charcuterie boards, hummus and bread, cheese and grape plates. We also have available our Macassa Picnic-A gourmet charcuterie board with a full bottle of wine. Pre-order recommended online at time of ticket purchase. Please note we do accept credit, debit and cash payments onboard the boat.

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed on board the boat.

No, our season runs from May through the end of October.

We will be viewing all of the beautiful sights from the boat and will not be stopping to get off the boat at any time during the cruise.

We will do our best to accommodate disabled persons to the extent that our vessel will allow. The boat has 3 decks and we board on the middle deck and the decks are separated by stairs (no elevators on board). We can usually accommodate manual wheelchairs and mechanical wheelchairs and motorized scooters. There are several handicapped parking spaces in the lot near our ticket office for easy access to the boat. If you or someone in your group is in a wheelchair or has limited mobility, contact us to discuss accessibility.

The Macassa Bay is a Transport Canada certified, and we follow all Transport Canada regulations, including having enough life jackets for all passengers on board. Please pay attention to the safety announcement at the start of the cruise for details on where the life jackets are located. Please note that you are not required to wear life jackets during the cruise.

Tip for the crew is not included in the ticket price. While they are greatly appreciated, tips are completely up to guests.

Yes, we do offer a discount for large groups of 25 or more adults (anyone 12 and over)! Group tickets must be purchased in advance. Contact us for more information or to book your group reservation.

There are two parking lots located nearby. One is directly in front of the ship and the other lot is located West of our ticket booth along the river, both lots include designated handicapped spots. Additional parking in paid parking garages as follows:
